I have some Blue Sheese that I bought awhile ago in an order from Cosmo’s Vegan Shoppe. I’ve been trying to use it up in a few different ways, and looked over to the Sheese recipes for a little inspiration.
It was quite good, and I’m really impressed with how authentic the Blue Sheese tastes. It’s not creamy (and I can’t say I remember exactly what blue cheese tastes like), but has that tangy taste.
